Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you engage VELIX Web Solutions for a project.

Engagement
Work begins once we've agreed on project scope and price together, generally following an initial discovery conversation (in person, by phone, or through our AI chat assistant). A quote — whether given verbally, by the AI's quote tool, or in writing — reflects the scope discussed at that time; a materially different scope may change the price.
What's included in every project
- One free live design session, with unlimited revision rounds during that session.
- Up to 3 working meetings during the rest of the project, each capped at 2 hours.
- A post-launch support window following delivery.
- An official completion certificate once you approve the final result.
Payment
Specific payment terms (deposit, milestones, final balance) are agreed per project during scoping and confirmed in writing before work begins — they are not fixed publicly on this site because they can reasonably vary with project size.
Revisions beyond what's included
Changes beyond the free design session and the 3 included working meetings can typically still be accommodated, discussed and, where they represent meaningful extra work, quoted separately.
Cancellation
If a project needs to be paused or cancelled partway through, we'll work with you on a fair resolution based on work already completed. We don't have a rigid published cancellation formula publicly listed yet — this is confirmed directly with you before a project starts, not left ambiguous.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverable (the website itself, its content and its design) unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. VELIX may reference completed projects, with your permission, as a portfolio case study.
The AI chat assistant
Our website includes an AI assistant to answer questions and generate indicative quotes. It only states prices that came from our real, deterministic pricing calculations — never a made-up number — but any figure it gives you is indicative until confirmed by a human team member. If anything the AI tells you seems off, please double-check with us directly before treating it as final.
Limitation
We aim for every delivered project to work as agreed. Beyond the support window included in your package, ongoing uptime, hosting, and third-party service issues (e.g. your own domain registrar or payment provider) are outside our direct control.
